The materials and workmanship of our garments are guaranteed when given fair treatment and used under normal conditions.
Scientifically, it is not possible to achieve the perfect colour match from one dye lot to another. Therefore, we cannot guarantee a perfect match from order-to-order or from one fabric to another.
All catalog prices are listed or suggested retail prices. Prices are subject to change without notice. Merchandise will be invoiced based on the prices at the time the order is placed.
Prices are FOB shipping point
Shipments will always be made by the fastest and least expensive means possible. The customer will assume any additional expenses required to expedite delivery.
All imprint orders must be emailed, mailed or faxed in with detailed instructions on Z Athletica's order forms
Imprint orders will not be taken over the phone
Once garments have been lettered, the order cannot be cancelled or returned.
Cancellations must be received at least one day prior to the shipping date
Specially ordered garments cannot be cancelled after they have been tailored
Lettered garments cannot be cancelled after they have been printed or sewn

Z Athletica's Return Policy
Because we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and experience with us, you will be able to return your purchase(s) made within 14 days of receipt of your order for a full refund. Please call our Customer Service Team to find out how to process your return.
Z Athletica's Exchange Policy
We do not exchange products purchased through this website. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchased product(s) for a refund and place a new order. It is only possible to obtain a refund on returned products when the return is in line with this Returns Policy.
Z Athletica's Exchange Policy
Returned products are inspected by our Quality Assurance Department. If we determine any damage to the product as a result of manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications, we undertake to fully refund the cost of any defective products.
If the defect in the product was caused by reasons other than materials quality or assembly process, the original product will be returned to you. We do not refund products:
Obtained from a source other than www.z-athletica.com
Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.)
Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose (use of running shoes for court sports or hiking footwear as work boots, etc.)
Eligibility of Return
The return process must be initiated within 14 days of order receipt
Items should not be worn and should be in its original packaging
Clothing and footwear returns will only be accepted if the original label/hangtag has not been detached or removed.
Headwear, undergarments (boxer/jocks, panties and thongs) are not exchangeable, returnable or refundable
To initiate a return, or if you have questions regarding defective merchandise returns for products purchased at www.z-athletica.com, please email our Customer Service Team (firstname.lastname@example.org).
The length of your return in transit is beyond our control, although once we do receive your return, we will process your request as quickly as possible. We therefore require you to allow us at least 14 days to receive and process your return. Although Z Athletica will refund your purchase price within 2 days after processing your return, your bank or credit car company may require additional time to process and reflect the refund in your account. If you do not receive your refund within 21 days, please contact our Customer Service Team (email@example.com) to check on the status of the refund.
We will refund full purchase price of the relevant product(s) returned to us excluding shipping charges (if any). Refunds will be given in the same form as the payment for the original purchase.
Z Athletica will not be responsible for any items not checked for order accuracy or sizing before being sent to the printer/screener
Z Athletica will not be responsible for shrinkage, defects or damages caused during the imprinting of our garments by sources other than our own lettering department
Screen-printing sublimated uniforms can cause colour migration. We do not recommend screen-printing on sublimated garments
