Z Athletica's Return Policy
Z Athletica aims to serve its customers to perfection. ZA offers returns within 30 days after delivery from when goods has been returned to ZA. All freight cost must be borne by the customer. Choose one of the following return options:

Exchange your item for a different size/colour

Replacement for a wrong or defective item sent

A full refund to your Store Credits

Exchange your item for different size/colour
Exchanges of item are only available for size and/or colour of the SAME style.
The exchange of a different product is strictly not allowed. If you would like a different product item, we recommend to return your original item for a Store Credits refund and place a new order.
Please note that non-exchangeable and non-refundable items, as well as those items on sale, are not available for exchange unless stated otherwise.
2. Replacement for an incorrect or defective item sent
If you have received a defective product, an incorrect size, or an incorrect order, please contact us immediately for a return authorisation number so that we can quickly process your return and ensure your satisfaction.
We apologise for the inconvenience and would like to make it up to you! Here is how:

Refunds are issued via the pre-selected method indicated below. If a refund method is not selected, by default the mode of refund is your original payment method.

Please ensure that refund details are correct and complete. If there is ant incorrect or incomplete information, entries will be refunded entirely to the Store Credits

If you opt for a refund via your original payment method, the refund value will be apportioned accordingly

Exchange orders are only refundable via Z Credit

Promotion codes cannot be refunded or re-issued. If you return an item which was purchased using a voucher code, only the final paid price (after discount) will be refunded.
